Oil pulling is the process of swishing oil around in the mouth for 20 minutes each day.
The best time to do this is in the morning, upon waking.

When the time is up, spit the oil in to the bin, rinse your mouth with warm water and continue with your dental care routine as normal, Don’t ever swallow the oil, as it will contain the harmful toxins that have been drawn out of the body.
